United Garage Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of United Group Ltd, represents under licence HERTZ Car Rental and Lease and its multi-brands in Malta, namely Dollar-Thrifty and Firefly.
We are looking to recruit a Rental/Returns Agent on a full-time basis to join the team. Being an essential member of our locations team and brand ambassador, you will provide the fastest, easiest, and most valued experience to our customers. Reporting to the Locations Supervisor, you will be expected to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
Based at any of our rental locations and forming part of the sales arm of the business you will:
- Be expected to work to Principal’s International standards;
- Be flexible to work at any of the Company’s rental locations;
- Ensure world-class customer service by managing the rentals and returns process in compliance with Principal’s policies and procedures;
- Be able to work in a target driven environment – ready to achieve personal goals whilst supporting those of the team;
- Communicate and offer ancillary products and services to enhance customers’ travel experience;
- Be flexible to work the necessary hours as requested noting that in this industry, the customer is serviced at all times including weekends and public holidays.
To be able to succeed in this role you will have to:
- Be motivated to achieve and exceed targeted goals;
- Be conversant in the use of MS Office applications;
- Hold excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English;
- Preferably have knowledge of another European language;
A clean driving license held for the past three years is strictly a must. Besides the fixed hourly rate, remuneration will also include a commission.
